Ben’s 1953 Willy’s Tudor
This 1953 Willys Tudor is Ben Christiansen’s ride. It was built on an Art Morrison frame and uses a 327 cu in Chevrolet engine matched to a 200R4 automatic… Five spoke torque thrust style wheels complete the package. Attached to the front bumper is Ben’s old “No Jeep” vanity plate from years gone by.
Bruce & Sharon’s 1935 Ford Coupe
Powered by a small block & automatic, this car is a lot of fun to drive and that’s what they do. An active member of our club, the Cooks can be seen on most of our tour and runs ensuring an ice cream stop is on the route planned.
Dave & Barb Gazso’s 1932 Ford Fordor
Powered by a big block Chevrolet, this car has been on the road for close to 50 years and made many trips to the salt flats in Bonneville. This sedan is usually filled with the whole family as they attend many tours and runs hosted around BC and Washington.
Dave & Wendy’s 1941 Chevy Pickup
Trucks have always had a place in the hobby, and this 41 Chevrolet is a fine example. Powered by a small block Chevrolet and 700R4 transmission, this truck is fun to drive. Summers are spent in the Okanagan attending shows and “camping”by the lake.
Doug & Elizabeth’s 1934 Ford Fordor
Ol' Green has been running up and down the west coast of Canada & the USA for over 50 years. The all-steel 34 Ford Fordor was chopped in the late 60's and runs a stock small block Chevrolet motor. Truly a part of hotrod history in BC...
Grant & Rocky’s 1928 Ford Model A Sports Coupe “8StackA”
Grant & Rochelle drive this 1928 Ford Model A Sports Coupe everywhere. Powered by a modern Chevy LS it is a fine example of a home built Hotrod built right.
Les & Ann Woodward’s 1965 Barracuda
This 65 Barracuda belongs to Ann & Les Woodward. It is powered by a 426 cu in Chrysler Hemi with NOS tanks under the rear window. Ostrich interior, life like flames and a prehistoric Cuda on the hood make this a must see car wherever it goes. Most people only see the taillights getting smaller as this car wasn’t built for speed limits.
Rob & Joanne Bedard’s 1942 Dodge Pickup
This “diamond in the rough” 1942 Dodge pickup was literally found on a farm in 2009 by Rob & Joanne Bedard . Life must have been easy on this one as it was in pretty good shape compared to others. A Mustang II front end was added to a frame off resto-rod that took just about five years to complete. The Dodge is powered by a Mopar drive train which is how it should be. Paint is Mini Cooper British Racing Green Pearl with black fenders. Thanks to Ken Sanders for the picture.
Rob & Fran’s 1932 “Tiki Dream”
This 60’s style Hotrod known as the “Tiki Dream” is owned by Rob & Fran Petty. It was built with a 60’s theme of chrome reverse rims & white walls, white Naugahyde interior and early style pin stripes. Power train is a small block Ford, 5-speed transmission and a posi 8” Maverick rear end. They have attended shows up and down the West Coast of Canada & the USA. If the suns out, this car is rolling up the miles.
Ron & Maureen’s 1932 Three Window
This 1932 Three Window is owned by Ron & Maureen Wenger. Modern chassis and a small block, filled roof and those signature yellow wheels are all signs of a traditional build that stands the test of time.
Tony & Cheryl’s 1938 Plymouth Fordor Sedan
This car has been prowling the streets of the lower mainland for many years now. Small block powertrain and automatic means the trip is going to be a breeze. This car is a high mileage traveller up and down the Island and Interior of BC … still looks like it was just finished…
